Eden Roc Cap Cana offers 60 all-suite accommodations, including Boutique Suites and multi-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. In Spring 2017, the hotel added 26 two-bedroom beachfront suites. All villas come with in-suite dining and a personal concierge service.

The hotel's beach is Blue Flag certified and features a private stretch of white sand with an infinity pool added during the recent beach club renovation. At the beach club, guests find the Nikkei-themed BLUE Grill + Bar for oceanfront dining. Dining options include Mediterraneo Restaurant under Executive Chef Gianluca Re Fraschini, oceanfront La Palapa serving international cuisine with local influence, and a visiting celebrity chef series. The hotel also offers a special kosher menu supervised by a dedicated mashgiach, including Chalav Yisroel options. Guests can enjoy specialty dinners such as a private ocean terrace dinner or a floating breakfast in the private pool.

The spa exclusively uses Natura Bisse products for all treatments, a unique offering in the western hemisphere, and includes a hammam, steam room, and outdoor massage areas. For families, the Koko Kid's Club caters to children ages 4 to 12 with supervised activities, an indoor play area, and a kids' pool.
